It will happen, ANZAC day has become a regular feature paying homage to the fallen.

As for other teams playing on that day, I believe that Sydney and Melbourne have organised with the AFL to play on that day. This is understandable. Go throught the records, and you'll see that Melbourne lost a lot of players to the battlefields of WWI.
