What year did quarterbacks start having plays relayed to them via helmet intercom?
Question:Who came up with this idea anyway? I am sure it must have met with some initial resistance from traditionalists of the game. Seems like it could take coaching to a whole other place altogether; instead of coaching, it turns in to directing.
Can the quarterback adjust the volume? How much information can be relayed to him? Can a coach talk to the QB as a play is in progress? How would the officials know if they were or were not talking mid-play anyway?

Will sydney swans make top 8 in 2007?
I think that's only in American football, not Australian.Anyway, I imagine it would be really distracting to a QB to have a voice in his ear while the play is going on. I suppose the NFL could monitor the radio frequencies if they felt this was something they should worry about.
Can you please tell me how to make a football banner?
