Im a MAAAASSSSIIIVVVEEEEEEE League Fan, but the only rule i don't understand, is hit-up.

you dont know what a hit up is? oh really..as another answers person said it is generally refereing to when a forward takes the ball up to the defensive line, however it is counted if he offloads after hitting the line as well...

Counting hit ups is a pointless statistic, after all that is the game, to take the ball forward and for the opposition to tackle you. I don't know why they count hit ups as all it means is that you got the ball and you took it forward (like you are supposed to ) and you got tackled or you bounced into the defensive line, big dealMore Questions & Answers...
