Freo need a new recruiting officer as well as a new coach. They have sacrificed so many draft picks and good players in return for not much.I think they will turn it around though.

Freo's list is very good. They probably do need a tougher coach but at the end of the day the coach doesn't kick goals or lay tackles. Coaches get too much credit for winning and too much criticism for losing.Which city is most worthy of a new AFL team?
