Why hasn't Sam allardyce....?
Question:This question has been bugging me for 6 months straight now...
Sam Allardyce, manager of Bolton Wanderers, signed a SUPERB goalkeeper, who won the best Asian Goalkeeper in 2005, and the best Goalkeeper in the Norwegian League in 2004 when he played for Lyn Oslo..
Sam Allardyce signed Ali Al-Habsi on a contract that promises his a first team place, and in addition, he gave Ali Al-Habsi the number 1...
Yet, Ali hasn't made his debut yet... He has left warming benches since August...
I've nothing against Jaakelienstien, but I do know for sure that Al-Habsi is a much better Goalkeeper.
Sam Allardyce didn't even choose Ali Al-Habsi as a subsitute, as he preffers Ian Walker?! Now, I may not be that much of an expert, but c'mon... Walker??
If Sam Allardyce had no intention to let him start, why the heck ruin the 24 year old's career by signing him?
Can somebody please answer my question?

yes u are right my man! when i read the profile of Ali Al-Habsi, im very impressed...alot of club wanted him...it must be frustating for him, for not even in subs bench...what an asshole that allardyce..he should give Al-Habsi the chance to prove his awesome ablities in catching the ball!!When eto is back to play whit barcalona?
He was going to start Ali.. but Jaaskelienan(u spelled it wrong) has been in great formWho is the highest paid and best african player now in the premiership?
Hmmm..good question.I think it's really hard for a manager to leave a form goalkeeper out, even if he's bought a better keeper.
It could be that Ali has not settled well within the team yet, or perhaps having language difficulties?
Jaaskelainen has been with Bolton for almost 10 years now and has proven himself to be a top keeper and a reliable one. With both him and Walker 30+, Ali could be more of a player for the future if he's willing to stay.
But there could be many other reasons why he's not playing him, and only Sam would know
NEW RULES AT OLD TRAFFORD, to help other teams.?
I come from Oman and am a large fan of Ali I heard that he's soon going to at least be a substitute and I agree he should get a chance but what I disagree is that probably he isnt better than JaskoleinenJussi is the current on top form for Bolton and EPL. He has been a great servant for Bolton. Ali-Al Habsi is a young and good goalkeeper, but there could be other reasons why Sam Allardyce is not playing him. If I were Sam, I would not want to replace Jussi when Jussi is in top form now. Furthermore, Ali Al-Habsi maybe very good, and he may have done superbly in other league, he may find it more difficult to play in EPL. Given time, I believe Sam Allardyce will play Ali Al-Habsi.
