The answer is no-one that i'm aware of. Arsenal HAVE been relegated...in 1912/13..to the old second division. They finished in 20th place. They have however been in the top flight since 1919, the longest unbroken run in the top division of English football.As for the lower leagues, you're prolly looking at one of the newly promoted sides from the conference. As far as longest period in a division (in the lower leagues) goes, it's Rochdale who have languished in the bottom division of English football since 1974. Coming up to their 34th season!
