Does anyone know of a ground where people play football every Sunday in Bangalore?

I am looking to start playing football (soccer) on a weekly basis with players in the city. However, I am not aware of any groups that meet up consistently to play the game in an outdoor or indoor field. Please let me know if you know of any such clubs or grounds in Bangalore

Ashok Nagar, Vivek Nagar, Vannarpet, Gauthamapuram- Ulsoor Murphy Town, Austin Town, RBANM's Grounds (near Ajantha theater) and easter parts of the city.
Public Sector HAL has regular foot ball team.
