You mean the Spurs thing? Chelsea and Arsenal fans do that far more than West Ham.

But the East End has always been a breeding ground for racists, because of the comparitively high number of immigrants who settle there, since its one of the cheaper areas of London. So I'm sure there are probably a few anti-semitic West Ham fans... which is all the more bizarre considering that one of their better players is an Israeli international player.
