Why don't professional soccer players drink water during soccer games?
I hardly see them drink any fluids, except at half time. For me, I feel like I drink too much water while I work out and play soccer. (like every 5 minutes I take a drink) How are they able to go without drinking any water for so long?

Watch closely - they DO drink water from time to time!Soccer players have a great amount of energy, and for most of the time, to save that energy, you let the passing do the work for you. If you think that your team can crossover every player onthe opposing team, you'll lose energy by the 15th minute. Players also take advantage of complaining when a card is called or an injury. That's how they do it. All in all, they do take drinks, but then again, they don't want to drink too much or they'll be sick.
Isnt at the end of the day, we want a fair game and a fair result ? Where's FIFA?
