What the hell is wrong with soccer referees/players/fans?
Why is it that the most popular sport in the world is so messed up? One ref for 22 players on a field 100 m long? (No, the side judges opinions don't mean crap, note the S.Korea/Swiss 2006 world cup match) American Football uses 7+ for the same size field, number of players. Even basketball uses 3 refs for ten players. And why on earth won't FIFA use video replay? So many ridiculous dives/offsides/penalties are (not) called, it totally destroys the intregrity of the game. In addition, why do players constantly cheat by pulling their opponents jerseys, and why is this never called unless the opponent falls down? Why, after committing a blatant offense do players, put their hands in a praying gesture and plead w/ the ref to referse the call, since they never do. Why, on an inconsequential play such as the ball going out of bounds at midfield, do 5 playerson each team attempt to gain possession by putting their hands in the air? And finally,why are fans such idiots killing each other?

you obviously dont know what youre talking about...im with you in your opinion about the fans..thats wrong and it shouldnt be happening anywhere, period. but about the referees, dude soccer in a contact sport...let the players play,,in football(american) where they clame its a contact sport, its illegal to do alot of things, they act like little girls when it comes to hitting each other.and basketball. i've never seen more ridiculous calls in a sport in my life, i mean those players should and put on a skirt...let the players play and let them dicide the outcome of the game...and not a bunch of stupid rules!More Questions & Answers...
