i wanted to lose little wieght before i do my special olympic track and field. right now i try to count how calorie are. can i have bread in my diet. i want to lose weight so i can run faster for the meet .o i am athete for special olympics

Decrease your carbohydrates - bread, rice, pasta.
Since you're training, increase protein a little for quick recovery -- eat egg whites. These are the purest form of naturally occurring protein (I beleive) and have very little calorific value, so will aid recovery and strength but not hinder your weightloss. Also, protein satiates hunger much much more effectively than carbohydrates or sugars, so this should help hunger pangs.
Egg yolks are fatty and can't be eaten in the same quantity as egg whites, so throw these away.

Try not to lose more than 1.5kg a week because that would make you likely to lose a fair bit of muscle.

dont think about your weight. you are making an extreme mistake to begin with by worrying about how much you way. how well you do in track meets is mostly helped by muscle mass which ways more than fat. if you want to do well in track a track event, my advise is to train for it. run every day, lift weights, do pushups, all these things are better for you than losing weight.
