Buying sports tickets online?
Question:I was looking to buy some BIg East tournament tickets. I've heard of services like eBay, StubHub, and TicketsNow, and I've heard that they are legit.
Does anyone know of any other legitimate services? Have you tried to buy from them before?
Thanks in advance.

I CAN tell you that Ebay is about as "legit" as it gets..but keep in mind that, no matter what you do with auction services, you're going to have to make a bit of a leap of faith when it comes time to actually exchange money for tickets. While 999 times out of 1,000, you won't have a problem, there's really no way to be ABSOLUTELY sure that you're going to get the tickets you think you're buying.
If that really concerns you (and it shouldn't.honestly) another option is using one of the various ticket brokers out there...such as StubHub. These businesses are essentially professional scalpers, so you'll pay a HUGE premium to get the tickets you want, but you'll be dealing with a reseller that has a history in this business, instead of an individual that might be a bit shady...
Anyway, some popular ticket brokers are:
StubHub
www.ticketliquidator.com
www.gotickets.com
www.ticketsnow.com
www.ticketbroker.com
www.goldentickets.com
Before settling on one, be sure you check out a few and compare prices.
StubHub, you can get any tickets, but you will have to pay, but they are good. The price could be good if the team is bad, I went to a Purdue vs Michigan State football game and total the tickets cost me 41$ for 2 in the endzone about 8 rows from the field and one ticket total cost $43. Stubhub gurantees a seat, another site may be ticketmaster.com, good on price but may not have tickets for your event.
