How to learn a handstand?
I've been trying to do a handstand but I either don't throw my legs high enough or I kick them way over my head and go into a roll. What should I do? do you know an easier way to learn it? thanks in advance. =]

Try practicing on a mat. Put your head on the ground. Place your hands with your fingers splayed. Make sure your hands are shoulder's width apart. Make sure they are also in front of your face, not to the side. Now, bring your left knee to touch your left elbow. Slowly while keeping your balance, bring your right knee to your right elbow. Slowly raise your legs using your head and hands for balance. If you fall backwards, relax your body so your fall won't hurt. um i duno practice on a wallWhat is teh best skate board i can get with out having to pay a whole tun?
Try starting with a tripod. Get down on your hands and knees, then down into a "leap frog" position (squat). Slowly bring both knees up and balance them on the backs of your elbows. From this position, slowly raise your legs in the air. This takes some practice and it's easier to show you, but it works. Good luck!Help me on my back tuck on the ground!?

You can try the tripod...as said in a previous answer this is a good way to start. Once you get good at that you can try them on a wall just kick up hard and the wall will stop you this will help you learn just the right amount of force you need. Then just keep practicing them on floor A LOT. you'll get good at them quickly. good luck!!More Questions & Answers...
