Well, there are alot of easy tricks. You should try learning Pop-Shuvits, 180s and manuals first. Then move up to more basic tricks like kickflips, heelflips and so on. The kickflip is a basic trick, BUT, it is the hardest of the bunch to learn and master, some people never get it down perfectly.Well, i would tell you how to do tricks here, but it might be easier if you go to www.skateboarding.com or www.skateboard-city.com They have many trick tips on those sites.
As for stopping accidents, you could wear a helmet and knee/elbow pads. I only use helmets beacuase i think pads can get in the way and slow you down, but its really up to you.
You can often prevent bad accidents with your reflexes, your arms naturally try to stop you from falling most of the time.
Hopefully this helps you.

an answer to #3wear pads. u dont look f***in geeky if u get nice pads
1) The easiest trick in skateboarding would be the manual or ollie. To manual you just lift the front two wheels off the board and hold them in the air by applying pressure to the tail with your foot. The ollie is actually the most basic "trick" in skateboarding. In order to do this just push kick down on the tail and right after drag your front foot up the board to level it out. This may be a basic trick but it takes many people lots of time to learn. Just keep at it. You can look up how to ollie online and you will get tons of links.
2)For tips just dont give up and dont quit even if you fall. Also, dont care about what other people think they will respect you for trying even if you are bad.
3)There is no way you prevent accidents from happening. Just wear a helmet which will boost your confidence. Know that you will fall and try to get used to it. Remember that most of your falls will be very minor and many dont ever hurt. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO KNOW THAT IF YOU DONT FALL YOU WILL NOT GET BETTER!
KEEP SKATING!
What is a good name for a bowling team that has two guys and a girl?
1) The easiest trick in skateboarding is the Ollie, First trick people learn on a skateboard this is how to do it:To ollie, place your back foot so that the ball of your foot is on the tail of your skateboard. Place your front foot between the middle and front trucks of your skateboard. That’s where you want your feet to be right before ollying. If you find that it works better for you to have your feet shifted to other places on your skateboard, that’s fine.
You can learn to ollie while standing stationary, or while your skateboard is rolling. Ollying while standing still works the same way as while rolling, but I think rolling ollies are easier than stationary ollies. If you would like to learn to ollie with your skateboard stationary, you can place your skateboard on some carpet or grass to keep it from rolling. If you prefer to learn to ollie while your skateboard is rolling, don’t go very fast at the start. Whichever way you learn to ollie, once you feel comfortable you should try to ollie the other way as well.
When you are ready to ollie, bend your knees deeply. The more you bend your knees, the higher you will go.
Slam your back foot down on the tail of your skateboard as hard as you can. At that moment, you want to also jump into the air, off of your back foot
Level out and roll away
2) A tip for skateboarding would be dont be afraid to commit to your trick or anything scary, the only way your going to learn how to skateboard is if you commit, A good way to learn a trick is to imagine yourself landing the trick, which builds self confidence.
3) A tip to prevent accidents is wear protective pads, Its always best keep safe untill you've mastered what every your trying to learn, Still use a helmet or any other protective gear on anything you feel uncomfortable with.
Do they have hooligans in the NFL and MLB?
1 the easist trick you can learn is a ollie and the one trick you half to learn as that is the beging of everything and every trick you do you start off by olling...2 the best advice i can give you is trust yourself and know your limits and dont go above or beyond them untill your really ready too..
3 Sh!t happens is the best thing i can say for preventing accidents or injury as you never know what or can happen when skating as its a dangerus sport and the best way to protect yourself is by wearing a helmet and pads and listen to rule number 2 i gave you...
