Here are a few exercises to train leg strength and increase jumping height. I've done them before and I can jump reasonably high.

If you can find a thick, spongy mat - do tuck jumps on the mat. You can try doing tuck jumps non-stop for 1min and do about 4 repetitions.

Move into a sitting position with your back against the wall, legs together with knees bent at 90 degrees, on your tip toes. 1.5mins. Then in the same position, cross your left leg over your right like you're sitting on a chair for 1min then switch legs. If you find that too easy, add weights. For example, you could hold a heavy school bag while doing that.

Do step ups - all you need are high steps.
