How do u do a back walk over? I can do a back bend but i just dont know how to kick my legs over! Please HELP!

People can't do a back walk over just by trying once or in a short period of time. It is quite difficult and does require some fitness on your part. You have to have arm strength and your abs have to work as well. It's kind of hard to explain but you kick one of your legs up(I usually do it with my right), and if you have enough strength, power, and practice, then that will get your legs over. But it might be easier if you first put one leg up and then with the other one, you kind of bounce you leg and when you think the time is right, you kick over. Back walk over is hard though and requires some stength and power.

Ask a gym coach, back walkovers can be very dangerous if you don't do it properly.
