So much nascar on espn...?

what's up with all of the nascar being shown on espn. they've got a Speed channel for it. i dont turn on espn just to watch nascar 50 percent of the time. its not even a sport. they are sitting down the whole time. at least in golf they walk..they said espn's nascar now will only be on at 6 pm eastern, not 5 times in the evening..
