Will sleeping before soccer practice make me too tired?
i'm debating if i should take a nap or not.

During my 12 years of soccer I did it all the time. Make sure you wake up a half hour before practice. You will feel refreshed and relaxed during the whole practice, I guarantee it. If possible, napping should be done before most rigorous activities.Average 100 and 60 meter time?

i dont know.maybe it does cause u have been sleeping before a practice and ur muscles would be tired. maybe just before going to the practice kick the ball and maybe it would work.
