Is it possible to reshaft a carbon composite golf club?
I am specifically asking because I don't know if the heat apply to remove the shaft would damge the carbon fiber.

it is possible but worthless.yes it is possible to do, just be careful not to overheat the the hosel. Just call golfsmith and tell them what club you have (if it is pro-line club) and they will tell you what shaft tip size to use.
