What do pga tour caddy's get paid from the tour?
The National Golf Foundation has done research that would answer your question. Access to the information is limited to members [link 1 below]. I didn't want to become a member even though it appears to be free. I found a web site that released that research from the NGF [link 2 below]. The relevant section is below:<quote>
What is the average golfer`s score and has it changed much over the years?
* NGF research shows that only 22 percent of all golfers regularly score better than 90 for 18 holes on a regulation length course. For females, the percentage is just 7 percent...and for males it is 25 percent.
* The average 18-hole score on a full-size course is 97 for men and 114 for women. It`s an even 100 for all golfers. Only 6 percent of the men and 1 percent of the women say they break 80 regularly.
* When asked what they`d like to shoot, most golfers say they`d be satisfied if they could shoot 85 on an 18-hole regulation course on a regular basis.
* The average scores have changed very little over the years.
What percentage of today`s golfers maintain a handicap?
* Less than 20% of all golfers maintain a handicap, which averages 19-20.

The USGA posts statistics on reported handicap indices [links 3 and 4 below].
Looking for the best golf Vacation Ever...April May would be nice.?
I doubt that you'll get an actual answer as poor golfers do not usually turn in their scores. However, I've read that less than half of all golfers have ever broken 100. So my guess is that the average score is somewhat above this.I have recently switched from a traditional putter to a belly putter?
The average handicap is around 16. So that would be a 88. The trouble is only 25% of golfers have a handicap so the number is probably closer to 110. I have a an avg. of 82. but I rarely play with anyone that breaks 100.In your opinion does "The Masters" refer to the players or the organizers?
67Who was the first Indian to win the Indian Open Golf?
80 to an 88Which is better taylor made mid rescue clubs or cleveland halo?
It's impossible to answer that question, because, as has already been pointed out, most people don't have an official handicap. Throw in unofficial rules, such as mulligans, winter rules, etc, and the typical weekend hacker's score card doesn't really mean much.My guess is the average score is about 100.
Most people would be happy playing "bogey golf" which is about a 90, and most people are not happy with their game.
Dream par 3, 4, and 5 to play?
No way to know. It wouldn't be based on Handicap because not everyone has a handicap. Also, most people do not play by the rules. An expert golfer is defined as someone who plays Bogie golf (USGA definition), so I would imagine the average score on a muni would be rather high.More Questions & Answers...
