Really, there's no reason to complain about separated sex sports. It gives you a much higher chance of actually making it to the pro's if you're only competing with members of the same sex.Besides, I like to watch hot guys play sports. they have this separation in award shows too, aka best actress and actor at the oscars are different.also, women are better at men at certain things in sports. the separation is to make it even, so its easier to say, i lost to a person who did better than me, rather than, aww i lost to a girl or i lost because i was against a boy, or something like that.
in golf, though, i dont think separation is necessary at all. a long drive may not make a difference if u cant putt.

It depends on the sport. In the NBA and the WNBA they play two different forms of Basketball for the most part. Also it was easier to get the game started by starting a league for women. This would allow them to get to the same level of men. In the NFL with the WNFA(which isn't assocciated with the NFL and they had to change their name from the WNFL) the men play a very physical game. Never watched the women but they proably play physical as well. Anyway the point is they play hard and would likely hurt the women more. In racing women do race on the same level. In golf it is that women don't drive as far usually, can't hit the ball as hard. So they move the tee up further. If the woman can hit as hard then nothing is stopping her from trying to play with the guys. I don't believe sport separates the sexes, I believe the sexes belittle the sports. For instance, you put your question in the GOLF category. G-gentleman O-only L-ladies F-forbidden. A sport anyone could do, and yet you not only had to be male, you had to be white. Would you say sport separates the races? No, not any more. But we are talking about the sexes. On average, women do not want to wear bulky pads and helmets to play football, I would rather watch the guy's cute butt's, than have mine chased around the field. But then again, there are women's football teams. GO Ladies! Granted men are stronger, they can hit harder, throw farther, and run faster, but there are some women out there that can beat a lot of those men, in some of those cases. There is women's baseball, soccer, hockey, basketball and many other sports. It is not the sport that says one sex can't do, and the other sex can, but the sexes that say the other can't, shouldn't, and even worse wouldn't do it. If you want to play, get out there and play.And if you want to play with the guys you play by their rules.
