The top players pay their caddies a salary and then a bonus for wins and top ten finishes.

But believe me, Steve's salary is probably more in one year than most of us working stiffs will make in a lifetime. And what does he do?? Walks off yardages and carries a bag around for 5 hours a day...good gig.
