Stop playing golf perhaps? It's going to come down to how you address the ball, both in body posture and club position...
Who were you rooting for in the final round of the 2004 US Open?
Lord I had the worlds worst slice myself, I could hit the ball and it'll immediatley go directly to right as if I tee off aiming i n that direction. My problem was I played allot of baseball and had a horrible inside out swing leaving the clubhead slightly open when contacting the ball and boy did I slice it. I had to change my stance, change my grip a little by taking my right wrist slighly over my club more creating a more balanced swing. We all have different reasons why we slice mine was that inside out swing.I am looking for golfing buddies in the Madison, AL. area?
you have to swing the club from the inside out.you are coming over the top... therfore swinging outisde in.
stop chopping down on th ball and start swinging away from the body. not across
check your grip alignment, keep your head down and your club face square to the ball and follow through.
Any opinions on Ala Wai Golf Course in Honolulu, HI?
1. Position the ball straight out from your leftheel (if you're right handed.) If its too far back, your club-head is open at impact.
2. When you grip the club, rotate your hands slightly to the right.
3. On your down swing, bring the club from the inside out (this invites a hook).
On final tip: Slow down and shorten your backswing. This will greatly improve your accuracy.
Good luck

Next time at the range or practicing in the yard, try slowing your natural swing down as slow as possible. You should be able to find what contributes most to cause the face to open. Then work on that everytime you swing. Good luck and go for the flag.Learn how to hook it and I guarantee in a week you will be praying for that slice to come back
How do I email the Pardon The Interuption guys on ESPN?
Get a better swing plane and slow down and make sure you release your hands through impact.make sure you are gripping the club with a square club face to begin with - play the ball one ball back in your stance and close your stance slightly - a closed stance will force you to swing along your foot line and attack the ball from the inside - you have to take the club away with your BODY not your arms - concentrate on rotating your body back until the club is parallel with the ground then you will bring the club up by cocking your wrists and completing your shoulder turn - make sure you are allowing your arms to swing through, if you are "spinning" your shoulders, you will slice the ball - if you come over the top, you will slice the ball -
Should I switch to a 7 degree driver?
There are several factors that causes slice.Grip:
The V shape between your pointer finger and thumb on both hands needs to be pararell. The V's should be pointing between
your right ear and right shoulder (opposite for left-hander).
Hand Position:
If you hand is way ahead of a ball at the moment of impact, slice occurs most likely. Check the hand and ball position when you step up to the tee.
Body Alignment:
If your shoulder is pointing left (opposite for left-hander), a ball is bound to go right. Make sure your target line and shoulder line are pararell.
Stance:
If your stance is pointing left (opposite for left hander), a ball will go right. Again, line between your left and right toe is pararell to the target line.
Swing Path
Both stance (either/or) shoulder is/are pointing left (opposite for left hander), that forces you to swing outside-in right in your down swing.
These are the things I can instantly think on top of my head. Focus on one thing at a time. Take a lesson from a certified pro.
Once you figure out how to not only hit it straight, but to shape shot to go right or left, golf become even more fun.
good luck.
