My x18 8i shaft is slightly bent should I re shaft it and were would I get that done?

You should absolutely reshaft bent irons.
1. Eventually the shaft will cave in where ever the bend is most prominent.
2. A bent shaft will throw off your height and/or distance of the 8 iron.
