Golf swing question!?

This is kind of hard to explain. In my swing when i am about to hit the ball i feel like i am pushing too much with my right hand. is this right? and could this be the cause of not getting very much back spin on my ball.

Why is the face of a driver curved and not flat like the other fairway clubs?

That would depend if you are a right or left hand dominant golfer. I'm left side dominant, so I actually "pull" the club through the hitting zone.

Backspin is actually the result of a ball first strike with a descending blow.

Try getting an instructor for more details but try swinging with your left hand only and then your right hand only. (you can do this for putting.) DO NOT HIT THE BALL WHEN YOU ARE DOING THIS! So anyway, you have to have rythm and balance. So if you're pushing to hard, try relaxing your right hand and let your right and left hand be equal. Remember, don't rush your swing either. If you rush it, with no wythm, then your accuracy will be way off. And don't focus all on getting backspin on the ball. try making solid contact. Sorry I'm talking to you like a beginner but, well, I hope this helped!

How many dimpples r on a golf ball?

. But you want to push your right hand/amr like a piston, down and through the ball. If you want backspin you need to hit down on the ball first and then the grass. and make a divot in the grass after the ball.get it, push your right arm down and through the ball, hit the ball frist, and then make a divot in the grass after the ball. if u use your arm like a piston, you will come down on the back of the ball. if you try to sweep the ball, there is no spin.. use the grooves and hit down on the back of the ball

Are Adams golf clubs and AMF golf clubs made by the same company?

On your downswing, you need to let the core of your body "uncoil" and let your legs pull your upper body through impact. Since about 70 percent of your power will come from your waist and below, you need to allow your legs to do the work. The reason you are feeling like your right hand is playing too much a part in your swing is likely due to you trying to overpower the ball with your upper body strength. Concentrate on a good hip turn.
