Why doesn't Michelle Wie appear on the 2006 LPGA Money List?

The more accurate answer is that Wie is not a member of the LPGA Tour yet.Wie is a professional. But, because she is not 18 years old, she would have to apply for a waiver to join the LPGA. She has not done so, even though she would definitely get one (just like Morgan Pressel and Paula Creamer did before her).
Because she is not a member, she is not listed on the Money List, nor in any of the LPGA stats.
I wrote a blog post about this today. With her second place finish at the Evian Masters, she would rank in the top 10 in money earned, according to my very unofficial math.
