If Mario didn't own the team they likely would have been gone last year. He signed the agreement with the Lease to keep it for one more year. He didn't have to pick that up. IF they get a deal made and the team can stay I'm sure he will lease Mellon until the new one is done, which should only be about a year. Mario worked with Isle of Capri who had the BEST offer and so he got them to offer a free Arena. Well the State didn't want that I guess and I think Rendell got the Gaming Commission to give the license to someone else(and talk about a bad neighbor you did hear about where they plan to BUILD that Casino).
