Phil Kessel has been diagnosed with testicular cancer. However, he has been cancer free since December 16, 2006.

Phil is a young guy so it was shocking, but he had the support of his team and family. They actually kept it under wraps until the treatment was over. Certainly wishing him all the best!

Sad? How about great that he is now cancer free. He was diagnosed with cancer, had surgery, they got all of it and now he is back playing. That is great! Look at the positive, he beat it.
