3 Crown Hockey Puck Emblem ?

Question:I have recently been given a hockey puck and am trying to discover what team and or organization the emblem represents. The emblem is of 3 blue crowns, 2 on top of a slightly larger one on bottom with an all yellow background. The puck appears to be regulation puck size, and has OFFICAL, MADE IN SLOVAKIA VEGUM written upon the side. There is nothing upon the bottom. Thanks for the help.
