In martial arts, where does Chun Par 1(a Kata in Tae Kwon Do) come from?
It's good to know your back handsprings and back bends otherwise it is very difficult. I had an easier time getting my back tuck than I did my back handspring, so hopefully my tips will help you.Stand like you are ready to do a back handspring. Push off of your feet and strongly off your toes. Have your arms up. Start to rotate back through the air once you are off the ground. When you start to spin/rotate backwards, bring and tuck your arms and legs right to your core, or stomach. Keep in the rotating motion until you are back into a standing position and plant your feet to the ground.
This will take practice and is not as easy as it sounds, but you will get it in time. Good luck and be careful!
...Go to the gymnastics section, to get more flexible you have to do stretches...
How much sparring for a certain martial art every day would be a good amount ? in hours ?
no you dont need to be flexible to do a back flip.you should be strong and be able to do high tricks.i think it is a fun idea to do cheer leading. you need to have a good scence of beat.well first off put your hands by your side.swing as hard as you can .then jump off of your toes as high as you can.dont go strait backwards go UP then go backwards in a ball grabbing your shins tightly. tuck as hard as you can. then pull your feet all the way to the groud.DO NOT THROW YOUR HEAD.stay in a tuck untill you hit the ground.
