Does training in judo help for wrestling ?

I have been training in Judo for over 13 years. I competed in wrestling in highschool and usually won easily. Because of my Judo it made it very easy to naturaly to move around the matt and leverage my opponants. The wrestling also held my competitioin Judo giving me new ways to take guys down.
Both can compiment each other well. Just remember though in Wrestling you can't do most of the Judo throws or submissions so becarefull not to get disqualified.
