Is having a dizzy felling after a karate session normal?
hmm...we've trained for 3 hours that time..and i feel dizzy after a few moments...

Do you drink and H2o, Gatorade or Poweraid (my choice).If your mouth is dry and leg feel sore like cramping then you are dehydrated.

3 hours is a long session, if you don't usually work out that long then it's quite normal, as it took a toll on your body, if it happens again I'd go to the doctor, but if it only happens when you work those long sessions (specially without water brakes), i wouldn't worry about it.as long as you have'nt been feeling any other symptoms other than that you should be okay
