Martial arts training everyday?
In thailand? probalby a lot of rice, not as much meat, more vegetable protien, but just because that's what they eat over there doesn't mean that's the best diet necessarily, it's just what they happen to eat. Muay thai fighters in thailand are better at muay thia because they train on average 100-1000 times harder than anyone here in good old north america. So the rice is a lot of carbohydrates so they have more energy to devote more time to training, and they just get into incredible shape, they don't put on excessive amounts of muscle mass, they just develop stronger muscle tissue, more bang for thier buck, but actually, for a really good diet, talk to a track and field coach, they've got science backing them, and just because in track they are not beating eachother up, the training can be just as enduring as any martial art i have been in. Well the kids that want to win train hard, i was just there as more training for judo, that pissed the other kids off, because i was better than them but wouldn't compete because it wasn't important. But my track and field coaches, when she or she wasn't trying to convince me to compete gave me some great advice. My son who is aged 14 is only 5 ft and weighs 33 kgs. he has been learning karate since 3 years.?
I started trainging at a local muay thai gym and had to quit for 6 months for throat surgery. i've since recovered and started back. I'm back in for my 2nd month now and I changed my diet to a high protien low fat one about 4 months ago. I am 5'7" and weigh 165 lbs down from 191 lbs at the start.Any books or videos or instructional guides for martial arts?
rice, rice, and more riceIs TAE KWON DO a good for of fighting, should i start taking the class?
Muay Thai fighters in thailand just eat Thai food as the "Real Thai Food" in thailand is very lean, fresh, low fat & healthy.. If you are going to try a Thai Diet I would suggest buying a good authentic Thai Cookbook from an asian supermarket.. ask a worker there to help you pick the cookbook to as alot of cookbooks for asian food in the western world are loaded with suger, fat & creams..(to suit western taste's..) so I stress you will want an authentic book.. or maybe even go on a thai chatline and ask people to give you a copy of thier favourite recipie's..More Questions & Answers...
