How do i flip someone in martial arts?

I'd have to say Fearless, I liked it because how it related to the Martial Arts community should not be as divided as it is or has been for all these years just like how China was not unified as a country all those years ago.

Of course we as Martial Artists should have pride in the disciplines we study, but to say "which one is better" or "this discipline's better than that discipline" is just being arrogant and stupid by showing ignorance.

And Jet Li's portrayal of the Chinese folk Hero of Huo YuenJia was great.

I also liked how he doesn't make any preference to or makes jabs to any Martial Art but rather how he sees the benefits to (as well as from) all the disciplines and recognizes that it's the individual person and not the art or discipline that determines how a fight will end.

this is especially good during the "Tea scene" where Huo YuenJia and the Japanese fighter are conversating over the different types of tea, and Huo Yuen Jia says that the difference between the Martial Arts are no different than the different types of Teas that a person may drink, there're none better than another and it's all dependant upon the individual and what they want out of it.

some are sweet, some are bitter, some relax, while others pick up the persons energy and mood, it all depends on the person and what they want whether it's to relax or be more focused.

I also like the 180 degree turn that his character made from the arrogant and brash person he was in the first part of the movie to the humble and calm person he became later.

I think that this movie should define what Martial Arts is and has been all about from the beginning.

and it has some great action scenes in it as well, really well thought out not just for the sake of action, but for the telling of the story as well.

in my book it's the best movie that defines what the Martial Arts is as a whole since the Karate Kid.

If you instructed your class to do their own warm-up?

Bruce Lee's Fist of Fury. Great action; the moves are really well choreographed, there's some humour and finally..Bruce Lee's in it!

Who would win in a fight between Boy George and Graham Norton?

Iron Monkey

Stars Donnie Yen and is directed By Yuen Woo-Ping, the same guy who did fight choreography for The Matrix and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. It was made in Hong Kong, I found it on Netflix. It doesn't use any hollywood special effects, no explosions, or gunfights or anything, they only rely on fight choreography.

Also check out Ong Bak: Thai Warrior.

Stars Tony Jaa, he is the baddest little Thai kickboxer, and he does amazing stunts that put Jackie Chan and Jet Li to shame.

How do you iron Haidong Gumdo Uniform Pants?

my favorite movie is ong bak. its a Thai movie ...but every Martial arts lover should watch this movie. in this movie all the stunts are done by the actor and each and every stunts are done without any camera tricks.

Ei... what are the tournaments that royce gracie entered except for UFC and PRIDE.?

The greatest movie has to be Enter the Dragon. Ong Bak was good, but can't be compared to Bruce Lee's classic.

How can I beat up a kid who is 6'1"?

My favorite martial arts movies are mostly from the 80's Hong Kong movies turned out by Shaw Brothers productions. I have always been partial to perid peices and a couple of them even have good plots behind the action.

1. Five Masters of Death
2. Masked Avengers
3. Fist of the White Lotus
4. Kid with the Golden Arms
5. Avenging Eagle
6. shaolin Challenges Ninja (released in the US as Challenge of the Ninja)
7. Ten tigers from Kwan Tung
8. Five Deadly Vemons
9. Master of the flying Guillotine
10. Hero Tattoo with Nine Dragons
11. Invincible Obsessed fighter
12. Snake in the Eagles Shadow

As for other movies in the Kung Fu or Martial Arts Genre

1. Enter the Dargon
2. Rumble In the Bronx
3. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
4. Iron Monkey
5. Return of the Dragon
6. Hard to Kill

and really the list is far too long to cointinue with...but there are really quite a few...most often what appeals to me is the choreography of the fight scenes (as a choreographer myself) as well as the story (although there are occasions where good choreography can make up for a weak story).
