Anyone glad to see Fedor fight a UFC fighter (Jeff Monson)?
First of all I am quite stunned that Fedor is fighting for Bodog, I think this will be a cool match. I am 99.9% sure Fedor will win unless Jeff Monson gets some miracle from god. This will show what a true PRIDE champion is capable of :). March 3rd people!

Of course, I have to admit to some bias here, as I've heard Fedor is a serious Russian Sambo stylist (think old-school Judo, minus the chokeholds, but add leglocks and heavy-duty Russian wrestling), and I rather like the style too.

Yeah, this should be a good fight. I think Fedor will be the better striker, but they have good ground skills. I think Monson might be the better ground fighter.Yes and no. I would rather see Monson go over to Pride to challenge Fedor, than both fighters go over to Bodog. I think Fedor will be too much for Monson to handle. He's faster, a much better striker and will be able to escape/reverse and submission attempts the Snowman will throw at him. Fedor will knock him out cold in the first round.

Fedor is gonna make monson his b.tch! The only reason Fedor took this fight is because he wants to fight in front of his own countrymen and try to make MMA more popular in Russia. But seriously this fight is a joke. Fedor signed another 1 fight deal with pride but I trust me we will see Fedor in the UFC in 2007/2008Monson couldn't beat Tim Silvia and can't beat Fedor. I don't think Silvia could beat Fedor either.
