A good pair of 8oz saps work even better...Sold at police-supply stores (and security-item websites), SAPs have a filling of powdered lead in small pouches across the knuckes.
They weigh less than good boxing gloves and fit very well, but your chances of landing solid blows with a sap instead of a single ring are ten time better...and getting hit with a sap is very similar to a body-hammer...That's why US cops use them.
My first fight with a "loaded" ring left us both with equal damage; The ring spun so many times that my hand was useless for a week...but my first use of a sap left the kid short 14 teeth in less than 6 minutes, and my hands didn't even swell.
*Note: Relying on a load (a sneaky advantage) could easily backfire, and could very likely result in serious criminal charges...A load such as a ring or saps is a last-resort option when out-sized, out-numbered, or facing a suspected dirty-fighter who may also be loaded.

I don't think a sovereign ring is the difference between losing and winning a fight, that's down to the ability of those involved and a bit of luck. Although the recipient's face may take longer to heal as its probably more likely to break the skin.I need fast help with fighting??

of course they do i got hit in the side of the face in a nightclub once and it cut me but it didnt stop me winning the fight because you usaully find people who need to wear rings just to fight are really whimps they need a weapon when they should lean to fightLOL those pickey twats lol .classic!
