How can i get really veiny forearms and how to get the vein in your biceps to pop out?

You cant expect to get bigger arms and not go to the gym. The only thing that might help build forearms is wakeboarding!That takes a whole lot of work and dedication. First, you have to build strength. Running and weight training is the course you need to follow. You don't need a gym - just an uphill course over natural terrain and a weighted pack on your back.
You don't need barbells. Anything heavy will do. Get a job at a feed store loading bales of hay into a truck or from a truck into a hayloft.
Drink a lot of water - and just water - while training.
Eat healthy. Foods high in fiber and protein are best. Avoid refined sugars
Push yourself to the max. Do pushups every day. Do 30 before and after each run. Increase the number of pushups by 5 until you are doing 100 before and after each run. If you can't get there, keep pusing until you can. You will still have attained the appearance you seek.

Cut your fat intake.
