How do you do the splits?


I stretched daily and touched the floor but I couldn't pop the bone back (I know it sounds painful) when I try the front leg is fine but the back leg doesn't staighten out. What do I do? Please help!

Just keep trying, eventually it will work. It took me about one year and a half to do it, and that was with going to Taekwondo four days a week. I moved and stopped trying so I can't go all the way down anymore. Just keep practicing and trying.

try exercises that involve stretching more. And don't just focus on the legs.
