I run the 100m hurdles in track and i am in 7th grade, i ran i 19.48 how can i improve that score.?

Do you have to be tall to be a great hurdler??
keep practicing, and do whatever you can. you dont just have to practice on the track, you can use something at home too!!Continue to work at it, practice everyday and make sure you eat right, lots of pasta and carb to build up your muscle mass.
Learn to 3 step between the hurdles. This will become easier as you grow larger and have a longer stride. Practice your form so you are effecient over the hurdle. Bring your trail knee through and then your lower leg so you can step forward with the first step. Do not jump the hurdles drive your knee toward the board and when it is level extend your foot. Stay low. Use your arms to keep your strides long. To learn to take fewer steps move the hurdles closer together in practice until you have the confidence.
