Okay...backhandspring. First off when your standing on the floor you always want to bend your knees just a bit, thats what i do. Stick your arms out. Then swing your arms back then up and arch your back. If you jump high enough your legs will be able to get over your head, and always keep your arms straight don't bend them. Im bad at explaining sorry... Good luck though for level 4!

Do more leg lifts from the top bar. You need strong abs to do a great flip flop. Also try to hear it in your head. Listen to someone at your gym who does a really good one, you'll notice a difference in the rhythm.

I would try to jump back more then up when you practice them. They are easy to get but it is just hard learning the right way to do them.
