You could but it is not the best idea. If you have some experiance you could try a front handspring

yes, just make sure that they know how to spot without getting kicked by you in the face or dropping you on your head... a lot of people learn that way... i would suggest a matress or trampoline to be under you though

Yes, but they need to watch someone spotting and they have to be strong enough to aid you over. The mechanics for both are much the same. The walkover is easier in that you are helping the gymnast come over on one foot and then the other.

In the back-hands. one arm needs to be in the small of the back and the other is needed to thrust the legs over if needed & help you keep your momentum going. Once again be careful & make sure the person knows what they are doing.
