for being 13 and running a 15.0 n the 100 is pretty good. i run the 100,200,& 4x100.ive been to sprint camps with pros and you should deff keep up the sprinting, every yr ull notice ur speed will increase, but for a nice lil push heres what u should do:before a race when u step up to the blocks breathe and clear ur mind (no matter how nervous) and get ready. make sure u have track spikes that are designed for 100m racing. i prefer nike! just run tho dont think about the race, pump ur arms as fast as u can, cus ur legs will go just as fast, its a natural reaction.and the most important for a 100m-200m race...RUN ON UR TOES,ON THE BALLS OF UR FEET!NEVER run heal- toe in a sprint, thats more for distance n u deff dont want a distance time. ur coach can look at ur form and let u know what u need to improve.but good luck, keep sprinting!
What can I do to be like steve pre fontain?
Well I'm no running wiz but I know that if you pump your arms faster, then your feet will go faster because they are trying to keep up with your arms. You should also run heel-toe. And when I am running I run with my middle finger and my thumb just barely touching eachother so it takes less energy then squeazing your hands together. I hope this helped.Gatlin was a freak can you agree with me people? and he shold be dump?
well, keep running...training with any aerobic exercise will helphowever people's knees are hinged differantly so some people are naturely better runners than others. The best way to find out is to visit your doctor and he can tell you what type of hinge (so to speak in non medical terms) you have.
Should Justin Gatlin be banned for life?
Just practice and stretch, also, breathing deeply right before a sprint, saturates your blood with oxygen, making it so you don't have to breath for a bit, and you can also do this with deep divingMore Questions & Answers...
