How do I do a handstand?
My balance is terrible. Is there any tips anyone can give me?

Use a wall. Go up into the handstand on the wall. Stay there for 10 seconds, 30 seconds, and longer every time. After a while you will learn to stand without the wall and learn to balance yourself. If you arms aren't strong enough lift some 2-3 pound weights 10 reps each 3 times a week. FACE AWAY (from the wall)!Good luck!

put your hands up, lift your leg and kick upward.get a freind to grab your legs tooi am a cheerleader and the way we do handstands is stand by a wall and kick our legs over our heads and hold it for 1 minute or as long as we can. that way your body gets used to you doing it. hope that helps... and also lift weights if your arms aren't strong enough. do more every time. start with 10 and add 5 or so every time. and then practice with the wall. and then try it on your own.
