How Do I Compete In the 2010 Winter Olympics For The US?
heyy.I'm a swimmer, and i recently quit dancing and i did gymnastics like 2 years ago so i could focus on swimming (aiming 4 the 12 olympics). I could probably help you because the sports use most of the same muscles.
You can try strength training like pilates.
If there are any bars at local parks then you can practice on there. I used to go to parks in the early mornings for running and then practice on the bars. They aren't exactly the same as uneven bars but very close. If you have room in your house, do handstands daily against the wall. Do handstand pushups everyday and build up your arm strength (sorry if im being blunt, I just dont know how experienced you are)
You could totally watch stick it over and over again and get tips
GOOD LUCk
hope i helped

If you are already doing gymnastics why hasn`t your coach given you a home conditioning programme?? If you are aiming high then your coach should recognise this & provide you with a programme that you can do at home on the days when you do not train.More Questions & Answers...
