I don't know where you can learn, nut I know how to do them from my Tae Kwon Do classes.

For a cartwheel, you just take a walking start and put one foot foreward and turn sideways. Whatever hand you feel comfortable with using (Im a righty and I use my left) you lean foreward on that side knee and put that same side hand extended face level. The back hand goes straight up. With your back foot, kind of push off and lean to the bended foot's side. Put your front hand on the floor and bring your back hand followed by your back foot around like a wheel. As you build momentum, both hands should be on the floor and both feet in the air. It's pretty easy once you understand

A front handspring is much harder. I know how to do i, but I can't get it perfect. On a mat preferably, you run and get in the same cartwheel position, only instead of turning, you look straight. Bend over to touch the floor but don't reach too far. Then, quickly whip your legs over and give a little push off of the ground with your hands. The easy way if you aren't too strong is to keep your hands straight. BE CAREFUL. YOU CAN GET REALLY HURT!

How is called swimming, cycling & running whether it is trithilan or some other name?

try looking online for gymnastics gyms in your area. if there arent any, try looking for places like dance studios, where they might have small gymnastics classes where you can learn the tricks with experienced coaches to help!

Answer this those who are intrested in cricket?

hey, im a gymnast so i should know. r u a righty or lefty? im righty so i go on the right side and do a sort of side handstand then if u kicked hard enought then u should just flip over. try that by a wall. for a backhandspring you go against a wall and sort of "sit in a chair " then when u get used to that go against a couch and do the same thing then if u practice that for a couple of months ask ur mom and dad to spot u with a couple of blankets under u OR if ur by a gym ort a YMCA look for a gymnastics program you learn all that stuff their thats where i go can do both of those easily,
