Only two martial arts medal sports -Judo since 1964 and Taekwondo since 2000. Both men and women.

Do you consider Boxing and Wrestling combat sports? They are both in the Olympics *Wrestling freestyle/Greco-Roman

Olympics no longer have demonstration sports only recognized sports, but they aren't allowed as part of the Olympics (part of the world games) They include Karate and Wushu. Also Sumo Wrestling has recognized status.

Note August 21-24,2008 a Wushu tournament will be held in Beijing- venue will be the Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium. Participants shall be 120 from 25 national federations competing in taolu and sanshou. Not officially part of the Olympics.
