All three of the top 3 skaters were so close entering the long program. Any one of them could have won the gold -- they were all incredibly talented in my opinion. Arakawa was the only skater who had a clean program without a fall
so she didn't have a deduction for that. She skated a beautiful and elegant program, I believe.
