I Need Help For Shot Putt ( I am In High School) Please Help!!!?
Question:i am 6'2 and weight 265 a sophomore in high school but i can only throw a shot put 32 feet far.
I can bench press 275 and squat 450
First year doing track and i am throwing horrible i want to throw 45 feet i am doing the glide technique i dont feel the use of my legs when i am throwing only my triceps.
How can i throw farther!
