How far (roughly) do the ski jumpers jump and how fast is the Luge?

I thought I heard recently that the ski-jumpers in the Olympics covered the length of 2 football fields (200 yards), and that the people doing the Luge went approximately 90mph - but now neither of those claims sound quite right to me (?).
