Where can i find free cheerleading coach magazines??
Make sure you set all the way and keep your head foward. Before you land spot (see) the ground and know exactly where your feet are going too land that helps to stick your landing. good luck! Can some one give em the steps of a backflip on the trampoline?
Just keep practicing sugar. Just lots of practice. What is that one gymnast's name that is like 27?
i have no idea but when you learn tell me lol...my coaches told me to look up when you land and rotate more...good luckAnyone know any websites or places I can download for videos of sprinters running for free?
Do you have a trampoline to practice on? This helps get your muscle memory (your muscles know exactly what they are supposed to do).The first mistake many people make is not setting up. The instict is to start flipping as soon as you jump in order to get around faster. This will most likely mean landing on your head or knees. You must start by jumping straight up, ideally focusing on one spot on the wall. This way you know that you will get enough height.
The second mistake is to lead with the head. You actually lead with the knees. When you jump (straight up!), and then start the tucking of the legs, the upward motion of the knees starts the circular motion of the tuck. Basically you move your head and torso to get out of the way of your knees completing a circle. In other words, your knees push your head and torso back.
As soon as you spot the ground, you must start moving your torso up again. If you just complete the tuck without pushing up, you will land low. Make sure to keep your eyes open and look actively for the ground.
Good luck! Just please make sure to have good safety mats and a qualified spotter. It is possible to suffer injury or even death attempting flips.
